This particular project plan includes of key dates of moving the office, strategies for the office move, IT and telecom infrastructure needs and communication considerations. The main benefit of this project plan is to deliver the plan within scheduled time and also budget. This report reflects on project scope statement based on six items such as objectives, deliverables, milestones, limits and exclusions, technical requirements and review with the customer.
